How is transformative coaching different from therapy?


While therapy often focuses on understanding and healing the past, coaching is forward focused. It’s about where you are now, where you want to go and how to bridge the gap.

fulfilling new chapters.


What happens during a coaching session?


In each session, we’ll explore where you’re at, what you want to work on and how to move forward. It’s a collaborative and supportive space where you’re encouraged to reflect, uncover insights and take actionable steps toward your goals.


Do I need to commit to multiple sessions?


Not necessarily. You can start with a complimentary discovery call to see if coaching is right for you. From there, you can choose:


- Single sessions for focused support.


- Six-session packages for deeper exploration, including a reflection session at the end.


- Twelve-session packages for a transformative journey over 6 - 7 months, including
two reflection sessions and discounted pricing for commitment and loyalty.


Can coaching help me if I’m not sure what I want?


Absolutely. Many of my clients start their coaching journey feeling stuck or unsure of their direction. Coaching creates a safe space to explore your feelings, reconnect with your values and gain clarity about what matters most to you.


How long is each session?


Each session lasts 60 minutes, giving us plenty of time to dive into meaningful conversations and strategies tailored to you.


Can I book sessions if I’m still flying or working full-time?


Yes! I understand the demanding schedules of both cabin crew and busy mum's. I offer flexible session times, including evenings and weekends, to fit your lifestyle.


What is the cost of coaching?


- Single Session: £80
- Six Session Package: £75 per session (£5 discount per session)
- Twelve-Session Package: £70 per session (£10 discount per session)


What are reflection sessions, and why are they included in packages?


Reflection sessions are dedicated times to step back and evaluate your progress, celebrate wins, and refine your focus for the future. They’re included in both the six and twelve session packages to enhance your growth and transformation.

What happens in a discovery call?


The complimentary discovery call is a 30 minute chat where we’ll talk about your goals, what you’re looking for, and how coaching can support you. It’s a no pressure opportunity to see if we’re the right fit.


Do you only work with people in the UK?


Not at all! My coaching sessions are conducted online, so I work with clients from all over the world.


What if I’m not sure if coaching is right for me?


That’s what the discovery call is for! It’s a chance to explore your needs and decide if
coaching is the right path for you. There’s no obligation to commit.
